Return Eligibility
All items must be returned unused, in their original condition, along with complete original packaging.
Requests for returns must be initiated within 48 hours of delivery.
We accept returns exclusively for items with significant manufacturing defects.

Minor Imperfections
Due to the handcrafted nature of certain pieces, minor variations or imperfections may occur and are not considered defects.
In such cases, returns or exchanges will not be applicable.
However, we may offer a partial refund, proportionate to the affected portion, at our discretion.

Return Shipping
For returns initiated due to personal preference or reasons other than a defect, shipping charges will be borne by the customer.
In the rare instance of a verified defect or incorrect item received, we will take full responsibility for return shipping.

Mandatory Video Verification
To maintain fairness and transparency, video documentation is essential for all claims.

Unboxing Requirements:
A clear 360° view of the sealed parcel before opening.
A single, uninterrupted recording (no edits or cuts).
Complete visibility of the unboxing process and all contents received.

Original packaging included

Important Notice:
Claims submitted without an unboxing video will not be considered under any circumstances.
Incomplete or unclear video evidence may lead to rejection of the request.

Refunds
Once the returned item is received and passes our quality inspection, refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.
Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery. Failing to do so will lead to cancellation of the return request.
